Tishah B’Av 2025 – Destruction and Hope
Commemorate the saddest day in the Jewish calendar in a uniquely eclectic East Melbourne manner.
On Saturday night (2nd Aug at 6:30pm), we will sit on the floor of the darkened shul and recite Megillat Eichah and then have a special Tishah BÁv Shiur.
On Sunday afternoon (3rd Aug at 3pm), there will be a special pop up Bet Midrash with Dr Raph Dascalu. We will study Midrashic teachings on Tishah B’Av followed a traditional Mincha Service for Tishah Bav at 5pm

All welcome. Attend in a sombre mood, fasting, with muted clothing
